About the Role
This is a full-time Commercial Property Solicitor position based in Cardiff with a competitive salary determined by experience. You will join a well-regarded law firm’s growing property team, advising developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and corporate occupiers. Your caseload covers acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters. The role requires at least two years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and a solid grounding in commercial real estate work. You will manage a diverse client portfolio within a supportive regional practice that has a strong commercial client base, offering clear scope for career progression.

THE ROLE
Working as part of a busy and successful commercial property team, you will advise a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and corporate occupiers on a broad range of real estate matters.
Your caseload will include:
• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and lease renewals
• Property development and site acquisitions
• Real estate aspects of corporate transactions
• Secured lending and property finance matters
THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE gained within a recognised commercial property practice. You will possess strong technical skills, excellent client care abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
You will be:
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experienced in handling a varied commercial property caseload
• Commercially aware and client-focused
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Keen to contribute to the continued growth of the department
