Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cardiff / Hybrid, £65,000+ (DOE) – If you're ready to build on your commercial property experience within a team that offers quality work, strong client exposure and genuine career development, we'd be very interested in hearing from you. REF:5360.
THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team where you will work on high-quality commercial property matters, alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, with genuine scope to develop your technical expertise and build your career.
• You will be involved in a broad range of commercial real estate work, giving you the opportunity to develop experience across areas such as Acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters, property development and regeneration, investment transactions and property finance
• You will work with a varied client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and occupiers, gaining exposure to transactions from initial instruction through to completion and beyond.
• You will have the opportunity to learn from lawyers who are highly experienced in the sector while taking increasing responsibility for your own matters as your experience develops.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Experience within a commercial real estate team, gained at a City, national or strong regional firm
• A solid grounding in commercial property transactions
• Strong drafting, analytical and research skills
• Good attention to detail and sound legal judgement
• A client-focused and commercially pragmatic approach
• The ability to manage your workload and prioritise effectively
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider team
