• Join an expanding Commercial Property and Development team, advising on a broad range of commercial property and development matters. You will handle acquisitions, refinances, lease drafting and negotiations, development agreements, and a variety of other commercial property transactions.
• You will advise clients on planning, construction and financing issues arising in connection with commercial property developments. Draft and negotiate leases, sale and purchase agreements, overage agreements, promotion agreements, options, pre-emption agreements, and development contracts.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 1+ years’ PQE and a background in commercial property. Experience in development work, including Promotion Agreements, Options and Section 106 Agreements, would be advantageous. You will have excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
