Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Solicitor to join this legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial law and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. This role involves providing legal advice and support to clients on a range of commercial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, agreements, and transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial documents to protect client interests.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in commercial law and regulations.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress.

Experience

• A qualified solicitor with experience in commercial law is essential.
• Strong communication skills are required for effective client interaction and negotiation.
• Proficiency in IT systems is necessary for managing documentation and conducting research.
• Previous experience in a similar role or environment would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are key attributes for success in this position.
• Ideally 3+ years PQE
