The firm has a strong presence across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, acting for businesses, investors, developers, commercial property owners, farmers and private landowners. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with a loyal client base, strong regional reputation and genuinely personal approach to its clients. Salary is £50,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, with the position particularly suited to an experienced property lawyer looking for greater autonomy, direct client contact and a visible role within a successful regional practice. The Role Based in Newark, you will manage your own varied Commercial Property caseload, including: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant matters Drafting and negotiating commercial leases Lease renewals, assignments, variations and surrenders Property investment transactions Commercial development work Secured lending and property finance Easements, covenants and property rights Owner-occupied commercial premises Agricultural property and rural land transactions Advising farmers, landowners and rural businesses Complex ..... full job details .....
