The team advise on all aspects of commercial property law, including: • acquisitions and disposals (investment and owner occupation); • landlord and tenant and estate/asset management; • commercial and residential development; • planning and infrastructure; • finance, distressed market and debt restructuring; • construction; • holding and funding structures; • property tax; • property litigation.
