My client is recruiting for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their office in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and collaborative Commercial Property team, handling a broad range of high quality matters for a varied client base. The role would suit a commercially minded solicitor with strong technical expertise, excellent client relationships and a proven track record in business development. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing a broad range of commercial property matters. • Advising on freehold and leasehold transactions. • Handling commercial property sales and purchases. • Dealing with commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters. • Advising on refinancing and associated property transactions. • Providing commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base. • Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. • Building and maintaining strong, long term client relationships. • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm. • Contributing to business development, networking and the continued growth of the department. The Candidate • Be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years'' PQE in Commercial Property. • Have strong experience across a broad range of commercial property matters. • Have experience dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinancing and landlord and tenant matters. • Have excellent ..... full job details .....
