My clients commercial property team are recognised as one of the most experienced, agile and knowledgeable teams in the North West, advising on complex, high-value transactions and providing our clients with comprehensive, collaborative and innovative support and expertise. The team advise on all aspects of commercial property law, including: • acquisitions and disposals (investment and owner occupation); • landlord and tenant and estate/asset management; • commercial and residential development; • planning and infrastructure; • finance, distressed market and debt restructuring; • construction; • holding and funding structures; • property tax; • property litigation.
