A growing and highly regarded law firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of a commercially minded Solicitor with around 3-5 years'' PQE. This is an opportunity to join an established and ambitious team advising a diverse client base of developers, landowners, investors and businesses across a broad range of commercial property matters. You''ll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while working alongside Partners and senior lawyers on larger and more complex transactions. The work will include: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Development land and site assembly Landlord and tenant matters Property portfolio management Property finance and secured lending Plot sales and development work The team acts for both national and international clients, giving you exposure to complex, high-value transactions and matters involving multiple stakeholders. The firm is looking for someone who is technically strong, commercially aware and confident managing their own matters.
