Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload covering commercial leases and Landlord and Tenant matters, including leases, assignments, licences, rent deposits and surrenders. Advise clients on estate management and ongoing property matters. Handle the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, including transactions involving occupational tenancies. Support commercial and residential development projects, including site acquisitions, options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, planning matters and plot sales.
