Absolute Law are working with a Legal 500 Law Firm who are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 yrs+ PQE. You will be an enthusiastic transactional solicitor with experience in the below:- Core areas of legal expertise include:- All aspects of development work including site appraisal, acquisitions, developer agreements, promotion agreements, planning agreements and options. All aspects of Landlord and Tenant. Negotiating and preparing leases. Drafting leases, tenancy agreements, sales and purchase agreements, deeds of surrender and any other documents as required. Delivery of outstanding client service at all times Accurate recording of all matter related time using the firm s case management system. Delivery of the firm s quality standards protocol including maintaining the firm s quality file management review process. Asset Management. Banking and Finance. Insolvency and restructuring. Person specification Business development would be an advantage. Desire to develop existing expertise, experience and skills with training, direction and appropriate supervision. Effective time management and organisational skills and the initiative to work independently but also as part of a team. Able to communicate and engage at all levels both internally and externally with clients and professional advisors. Able to negotiate with and influence others.
