You''ll become part of a supportive and collaborative Commercial Property team, handling a varied caseload for an impressive client base across the North West.You''ll manage matters from instruction through to completion, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant work, business leases and lease renewals, social housing transactions, and development and regeneration projects. You''ll also work alongside experienced Partners on more complex transactions while building lasting relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals.We''re looking for a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years'' PQE in Commercial Property who is confident managing their own caseload. You''ll have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to client care.
