Commercial Property Solicitor (3-4 + Years PQE) Location: London / Hybrid Salary: Competitive dependent upon experience (circa £70k - C75k) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Type: Hybrid My client is a leading Legal 500-listed law firm with offices in London, providing legal services to businesses, lenders, developers, investors and individuals throughout England and Wales. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor with a minimum of 3-4 years'' post-qualification experience to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive team acting for a broad range of commercial, residential, and healthcare sector clients. The Role You will manage your own caseload while working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on a variety of commercial property matters. The role may also involve exposure to healthcare premises, including acting for dentists, GP practices, pharmacies, medical centres, and other healthcare providers. Your work will include: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and licences. Property aspects of business sales and acquisitions. Development and investment transactions. Secured lending and refinance matters. Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
