The team is known for delivering high-quality legal advice on complex and high-value transactions, while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture.The OpportunityAs part of a successful and expanding Real Estate team, you will work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters and play an active role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, assignments, and licences.Supporting development and investment transactions.Assisting corporate colleagues on the property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals.Conducting due diligence and title investigations.Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial property documents.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.Contributing to business ..... full job details .....
