With a long-established reputation for excellence and a diverse, loyal client base, this is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm offering outstanding career growth in a supportive and dynamic environment.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Associate, you will be part of an experienced and collaborative team, handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including:Managing commercial transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, and the Scottish aspects of cross-border dealsAdvising corporate clients on real estate financial transactions and leasing mattersTaking ownership of existing client relationships, supported by the firm''s experienced PartnersWorking alongside highly regarded Partners within the Scottish Real Estate sector to lead client relationships from initiation through to completionPerson SpecificationWe are looking to speak with qualified Property Solicitors with demonstrable experience in commercial property law, either from your traineeship or post-qualification.
