A leading Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Professional Support Lawyer to join its established team in Buckinghamshire. Job ref: 5512
OVERVIEW:
Working closely with Partners and fee earners, the successful Commercial Property PSL will play a key role in maintaining and developing the team's technical knowledge and resources. Responsibilities will include monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, updating and maintaining precedents, preparing legal updates and contributing to internal training and knowledge sharing initiatives. You will also provide technical guidance on complex commercial property matters, assess the practical implications of changes in the law and help establish best practice across the department. In addition, you will work with colleagues to identify areas where further technical support, guidance or training would be beneficial.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 5 years' PQE and a strong technical understanding of commercial real estate. The firm is keen to hear from both established PSLs seeking a new challenge and fee-earning Solicitors who are interested in moving into a professional support role for the first time. Previous PSL experience is not required, and full training and support will be provided to those making the transition. The ideal candidate will enjoy the technical and advisory aspects of Commercial Property, have excellent research and communication skills, and be confident sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
