Commercial Property Paralegal (Resi experience considered)

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in property law who''s keen to move into a more commercial-focused role and broaden their experience. The role You''ll be working closely with experienced Commercial Property solicitors, assisting on a wide range of matters and, as you settle in, there will be scope to manage your own caseload. Work will include:Assisting on commercial property transactionsLeases, renewals and variationsFreehold and leasehold mattersGeneral commercial property supportThis is a hands-on role with genuine responsibility and room to grow.
