Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the management of small business sales and purchases within the commercial property sector. Prepare legal documents, contracts, and other paperwork related to commercial property transactions. Conduct legal research and provide support on property law matters. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes. Manage and maintain files and records with accuracy and confidentiality. Participate in team meetings and collaborate closely with senior staff to discuss case details and strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a paralegal, specifically in commercial property and small business transactions.
