Job description: Property ParalegalLocation: Marlborough, WiltshireSalary: 35-45K plus excellent benefits packageAbout the OpportunityOur client is a specialist boutique law firm advising a loyal and longstanding client base, primarily comprising farming families, landowners, rural clients and complex private estates.They are seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join their property team, supporting a predominantly commercial property caseload. The work is varied and often complex due to the nature of clients'' land, agricultural, rural and wider business interests, providing excellent exposure to high-quality property transactions.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Property Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors and partners to progress a varied commercial property caseload, supporting transactions from initial instruction through to completion while maintaining a high standard of client care. Your responsibilities will include:Opening files, completing initial compliance checks and preparing client care documentationDrafting contracts, leases, transfer documents, completion statements and routine correspondenceOrdering and reviewing searches, title documentation, enquiries and commercial property formsLiaising with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders, surveyors and the Land RegistryManaging key dates, monitoring transaction progress and keeping clients appropriately updatedPreparing matters for exchange and completion and dealing with post-completion ..... full job details .....
