The Opportunity The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will provide support within the firm''s Commercial Property team, with a focus on new build developments and plot sales. Duties to include:Case administrationPreparing draft contracts and leasesUpdating case management filesExchanging contractsPreparing Land Registry formsNote taking at client meetingsTyping correspondence and billingProof reading, indexing, archiving, filing and copy checkingThis Commercial Property Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm.
