This is a newly created role, in a business people don't tend to leave... the bulk of their team has been there over 20 years. Nobody stays somewhere that long by accident. It's a steady, well-run business with a solid reputation, and they've reached the point where the portfolio needs someone of its own. What you'll be doing... You'd take day-to-day ownership of a meaningful chunk of the portfolio. Some buildings are managed in-house, some through external managing agents. You'd be the main point of contact for those agents, holding regular reviews and keeping them honest on performance and outstanding actions.
