Senior Commercial Property Manager

to join their high-performing, in-house team. This is more than a traditional property management role—it''s a key leadership position overseeing a diverse commercial office portfolio across the South East, with significant plans to expand to owning over 20 high calibre buildings over the next few years.

Preparing and managing annual service charge budgets and overseeing year-end reconciliations.Property and Facilities Management:

Handling both planned and reactive maintenance and overseeing refurbishment projects.Asset Management:

Assisting with landlord and tenant matters and identifying value enhancement initiatives.Compliance and Team Leadership:
