This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to take full ownership of the portfolio and play a key role in its continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Full day-to-day management of the commercial and residential portfolio. Act as the main point of contact for tenants and deal with queries and property issues. Carry out regular property inspections. Manage new leases, renewals and rent reviews. Coordinate contractors and maintenance works. Work closely with the accounts team on rent, invoices and property-related finances. Maintain accurate property and tenant records.
