Commercial Property Manager

Collins Property Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing property business to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a diverse and expanding portfolio of 15+ commercial and residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to take full ownership of the portfolio and play a key role in its continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Full day-to-day management of the commercial and residential portfolio. Act as the main point of contact for tenants and deal with queries and property issues. Carry out regular property inspections. Manage new leases, renewals and rent reviews. Coordinate contractors and maintenance works. Work closely with the accounts team on rent, invoices and property-related finances. Maintain accurate property and tenant records. Liaise with solicitors, agents, surveyors and other professional advisers. Support the onboarding and management of new properties as the portfolio continues to expand. About You: Minimum 3 years'' experience in property management, with strong commercial property experience. Experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties. Confident dealing with tenants, contractors and professional advisers. Good understanding of leases, renewals and general property management. Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
