A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Commercial Property Manager has just come available with our client based in ColchesterThe successful candidate will form part of a team managing a portfolio of Commercial property for several key clients.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:Manage all aspects of a Commercial property portfolioInspect and arrange maintenance to meet current and expected regulation.Maintain a positive, productive and professional relationship with tenants and clients.Oversee rent and service charge demand and collection.Report to clients on tenant performance.Negotiate service contracts with contractors in a professional mannerWork with property administrator to ensure property records are accurate and up to date.Develop and manage service charge budgets.Regular property inspections and tenant liaison on bot Commercial Set up financial goals and report periodically on fee performance.Manage small and medium refurbishment projects.Liaise with building surveyor on dilapidation and repair notices.Must understand the mechanics of Commercial leasesThe Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:The perfect candidate for this position will have at least 3 years property experienceWill consider a strong AST Residential Property ManagerProfessionally presented at all times.Excellent communication skills face to face as well as over the phone and in writing.Full, Clean UK Driving Licence is requiredStrong organisational ..... full job details .....
