The Role Manage and support a regional team of Commercial Property Loss Adjusters. Oversee performance, SLAs, quality and financial targets. Manage your own caseload alongside team responsibilities. Coach, mentor and support the development of adjusters. Support major loss and specialist practices. Identify recruitment, operational and regional growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Support complaint resolution, audits and continuous improvement. About You Commercial Property Loss Adjusting experience. Significant team management experience. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication. Strong negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Highly organised, motivated and commercially focused.
