This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer looking for a quality short-term assignment with a friendly, supportive practice. The firm is open to discussing either full-time hours or a three-day-per-week arrangement for the right candidate.The Role You''ll take responsibility for an established commercial property caseload while a Partner is on annual leave, ensuring transactions continue to progress smoothly and clients continue to receive an excellent level of service. The caseload will include:Commercial acquisitions and disposalsCommercial landlord and tenant mattersCommercial leases and lease renewalsRefinancing and secured lending transactionsGeneral commercial property adviceLiaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to progress matters efficientlyThe work is varied, well organised and supported by an experienced team, allowing you to hit the ground running from day one.
