Commercial Property Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Stoke-on-Trent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a well-established and expanding law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent. This position is ideal for an organised and ambitious legal professional looking to develop their career within commercial property law, supporting experienced solicitors on a broad range of property transactions while gaining valuable exposure to high-quality legal work. Working as part of a collaborative Commercial Property team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of transactions, provide exceptional client support and contribute to the continued success of the department. Key Responsibilities The Commercial Property Paralegal will provide support across a wide variety of commercial property matters, including: Assisting with freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, leases and other commercial property transactions Preparing legal documentation, drafting correspondence and completing forms required throughout the conveyancing process Managing files efficiently by maintaining accurate records and updating the firm''s case management system Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, agents and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly Carrying out legal research, obtaining searches and responding to routine enquiries under the supervision of experienced fee earners Supporting the completion of transactions by coordinating ..... full job details .....
