Commercial Property Lawyer

Overview

A local authority based in South London is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial period of three months.The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will have over 18 months experience for the same authority and will be responsible for handling a complex caseload. You will have experience dealing with education and academies for land dealings including foundations schools and development experience for large scale housing stock transfer. Estate ballot experience is also advantageous.Local authority experience is essential. Responsibilities

Handle a complex commercial property caseload for a local authority.

Work on land dealings for education and academy organisations, including foundation schools.

Involve development work for large-scale housing stock transfer; estate ballot experience is advantageous.

Attend the office 2 days per week for the first 2 months.

Qualifications

18 months of experience with the same local authority.

Essential local authority experience.
