The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and estate management. Key Responsibilities:  Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial property documents, including leases, licenses, and sale and purchase agreements. Providing expert legal advice to clients on property transactions and related matters. Conducting property due diligence and title reviews. Managing and advising on leasing negotiations and rent reviews. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progress.
