They are seeking an Associate with a solid track record and broad experience in all manner of commercial property transactions to join their expanding team at their Southwest London offices. You will be joining a specialist team with an outstanding reputation in providing sound legal knowledge to their clients. The role involves managing a busy caseload across freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, granting and taking new leases and subleases, lease surrenders, renewals, assignments and extensions, advising on landlord and tenant matters, development work and auction of sales and purchases.Responsibilities

Manage a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions (sales and purchases)Granting and taking new leases and subleases, lease surrenders, renewals, assignments and extensionsAdvise on landlord and tenant mattersInvolvement in development workAttend and advise on auctions of sales and purchasesCandidate Requirements

Solicitor with at least 4 years’ experience, ideally from a similar sized regional or City practiceSelf-motivated with enthusiasm for the work and a keen focus on clients and the development of the teamLooking to take a progressive step in a successful and committed practiceOn Offer
