The business has a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, residential and hotel assets. Reporting to the Senior Solicitor, you''ll provide pragmatic legal advice across acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, real estate disputes and commercial contracts, helping to protect and maximise the value of the company''s property portfolio throughout the contract period. Key Responsibilities Advise on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and development projects. Draft, negotiate and manage commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters. Advise on and manage real estate disputes and litigation. Negotiate and draft a range of commercial, supplier and property-related contracts. Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across the business on day-to-day matters. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to support the company''s property and commercial objectives. Manage a varied caseload effectively, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to the required timescales.
