Commercial Property Fee Earner Sutton in Ashfield Fixed Term Contract with potential of permanent The Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join a friendly, forward-thinking term on a fixed-term basis, with the potential for a longer-term role for the right candidate. In this role, based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, you will handle a diverse caseload including sales and acquisitions of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, refinancing, secured lending, development work, plot sales, and title investigations. You will liaise directly with clients from instruction to completion, enjoying a balance of autonomy and collaborative support from your colleagues. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and thrive in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and professional growth.
