NXTGEN are supporting a regional law firm in their search for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their team based in Great Yarmouth. This Commercial Property Fee Earner role will see you handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions within a busy and well-established team.The successful Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive will take ownership of their own caseload, advising clients across a range of matters including acquisitions, disposals and lease work, while working closely with colleagues across the wider department.With an existing pipeline of work in place, this role offers the opportunity to step into a busy team with immediate responsibility and the potential for progression over time.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied caseload of commercial property transactionsHandling matters from instruction through to completionDrafting and negotiating contracts, leases and associated documentationDelivering a high level of client care and maintaining strong client relationshipsLiaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progression of mattersSupporting and collaborating with colleagues across the wider teamThe Successful Candidate Will Have Experience managing a commercial property caseload independentlyQualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage a busy workload effectivelyAround 5 years PQE or equivalent level of ..... full job details .....
