The position will involve a range of Commercial Property matters including: Commercial and property transactions This will typically include freehold and leasehold Sale and purchases by individuals, companies and Self-Invested Personal Pensions Landlord and tenant, business sale and purchases, option agreements and property financing. Essential Experience A suitable candidate for this role will have at least 1 years PQE however, candidates that fall outside this criteria but have relevant knowledge and experience will also be considered.
