Commercial Property Conveyancer

An established legal practice is seeking a Commercial Property Conveyancer to join their team near High Wycombe. The role

• Manage all aspects of commercial property conveyancing transactions from start to finish
• Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements related to property transactions
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and guidance to clients
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines are met
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders

About you

• Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate or an experienced conveyancing paralegal
• At least one year of post-qualification experience or equivalent in residential and commercial conveyancing
• Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legal requirements
