Their small property team is now seeking a confident and experienced commercial property associate (5 PQE) to join them. You’ll enjoy genuine flexibility plus clear opportunities for career progression.The Role:The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant and asset management matters, development projects, investment sales and purchases, and the real estate aspects of property finance for both borrowers and lenders. Clients will include private investors, developers, family offices, urban estates, financial institutions, and occupiers.Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating documentsAssisting Partners on larger transactions and projects (including title and lease reporting)Planning and running your own transactionsAdvising on general landlord and tenant mattersThe successful candidate will also assist Partners with business development initiatives and begin to build their professional network.Skills and Experience:Technically able and self-motivated commercial property lawyer - 5 PQE+Experience within a commercial property team and solid experience in landlord and tenant and asset management workExperience of title and lease reporting is essentialExperience of real estate finance is an advantage but not requiredAbility to manage multiple files, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detailConfident dealing with high-profile clientsProactive with initiativeStrong technical and drafting skillsTeam playerBenefits Snapshot:Competitive salary based on experienceGreat culture and benefitsWhy This Firm?Join a boutique firm that offers a supportive culture, top-tier work, flexibility, and progression.
