Acting for a diverse client base across the public and private sectors, you will advise on high-value commercial agreements, major projects, and long-term contractual arrangements. The role will involve drafting, negotiating, and structuring sophisticated commercial contracts, managing matters from instruction through to completion, and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice. You will also play an active role in mentoring junior lawyers, supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 10 years'' PQE and substantial commercial contracts experience. You will have a strong background advising on complex commercial projects, ideally involving Government departments or organisations contracting with the public sector.
