Job Title: Commercial Project ManagerLocation: BrandesburtonDepartment: CommercialAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to provide commercial support across high-value construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring strong commercial performance, accurate financial reporting, and effective contract management under NEC forms of contract.You will play a key role in maintaining the commercial viability of assigned projects, managing cost control, applications, cashflow, and risk management to ensure projects remain financially robust and aligned with contractual requirements.Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end commercial management across allocated projectsMonitor project costs, margins, and cashflow to maintain commercial viabilityPrepare and review applications for payment, ensuring accuracy and timelinessProduce and maintain project cashflow forecasts and financial reportsReview NEC contract documentation to identify risk and opportunityManage variations, change control, and compensation eventsSupport timely resolution of final accounts with clients and subcontractorsMonitor project performance and highlight risks with corrective actionsSupport commercial review processes and accurate system reporting (e.g. IFS)Assist with subcontractor engagement, valuation, and negotiationsEnsure timely collection of cash and resolution of commercial queriesMaintain effective commercial administration and record keeping About You Degree ..... full job details .....
