Commercial Project Manager - Ground Source Heat PumpsSite-Based - UK-wide travelPermanent Full-timeAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Project Manager to join a growing business operating within the renewable energy sector, delivering commercial-scale ground source heat pump (GSHP) projects across the UK.This is a varied project delivery role where you''ll take responsibility for projects from handover through to completion, working alongside major Tier 1 contractors and construction partners.Ground source heat pump experience would be highly advantageous, but it''s not essential. The business is also interested in Project Managers with strong mechanical, MandE, commissioning or technical construction backgrounds who are looking to develop their career within the renewable energy sector.The RoleYou''ll work closely with the Commercial Installation Manager and wider project team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification and within budget.Your responsibilities will include:Managing projects from initial handover through to completion and client handover.Coordinating drilling, ground array, headering and cross-connection works.Overseeing mechanical and electrical installation within plant rooms.Coordinating commissioning and final project handover.Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site-based teams.Liaising with clients, Tier 1 contractors and other site stakeholders.Monitoring project costs, budgets and margins.Coordinating with ..... full job details .....
