Commercial Project Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects from pre-start through to completion.Duties: Manage multiple commercial construction projects from inception through to completion.Coordinate subcontractors and procure materials.Carry out regular site visits and attend progress meetings.Monitor project programmes, budgets and documentation.Ensure Health and Safety compliance throughout.Build and maintain strong client relationships.You''ll have:Previous Project Management experience delivering commercial construction projects.A trade background, ideally Carpentry or Joinery.Strong commercial awareness.SMSTS qualification.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.Full UK Driving Licence. ..... full job details .....
