The Commercial Manager will lead commercial (procurement) management across high-volume, fast-moving portfolios in building, civil engineering, maintenance and renewal projects and critical infrastructure support contracts.Responsibilities
Develop commercial (procurement) strategies and support pre-contract activities to ensure projects are set up for successCollaborate with internal teams, understand stakeholder needs, and build strong supplier relationshipsNavigate multiple projects at various stages, bringing clarity, structure, and momentumOversee contractor performance under framework agreements, lead contract negotiations and risk/value assessmentsGuide and develop a high-performing commercial (procurement) team delivering saving and efficiency targets.Profile
