Pricing and Stock Performance Manager We are delighted to be seeking a commercially minded and data-driven Pricing and Stock Performance Manager to join our clients growing business operating in a fast-paced inventory-led environment. This is a key role responsible for maximising profitability, improving stock efficiency, and driving pricing performance through a combination of commercial analysis, pricing optimisation, and process improvement. Working closely with operational teams, you will ensure products are priced effectively, stock moves efficiently through the business, and pricing systems and automation continue to evolve to support growth. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with commercial judgement and operational awareness, using data to make informed decisions that directly impact revenue, margin, and stock performance. Key Responsibilities Pricing and Commercial Performance Own and optimise product pricing across a large and diverse catalogue. Balance margin, competitiveness, demand, and stock position when making pricing decisions. Identify opportunities to increase profitability through pricing improvements and margin optimisation. Analyse key performance indicators including sell-through rates, stock ageing, inventory levels, and market pricing trends. Monitor pricing performance and proactively identify commercial risks and opportunities.
