Commercial Pre Con Manager / Residential - Kent / London

I am currently recruiting for a Pre-Construction Manager for a main contractor based in Kent to work on projects within Residential, Public Sector and Commercial projects in London and the home counties. Key duties will be -Strong ability to review drawings and carry out detailed material take-offsPutting together subcontractor packages ready for tenderSupporting procurement - identifying, scheduling, and organising materials ahead of timeProducing procurement and material delivery schedules to ensure everything lands on time in line with programmeGood all-round construction knowledge (particularly residential / refurb)Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for take-offsMy client are looking to pay a competitive day rate with the position looking to start ASAP.
