Commercial Plumber

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Plumber to join a well-established General Works and Maintenance team, delivering installation and maintenance services across a range of commercial and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all health and safety policies, risk assessments and method statements are followed. Establish project requirements and plan the installation of pipework systems and associated components. Carry out installation works in line with relevant industry standards, water regulations and Building Regulations. Supervise small teams and subcontractors where required, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Liaise with other trades, clients and main contractors to coordinate works and resolve project requirements. Maintain quality control and ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard. Ensure project deadlines and agreed completion dates are achieved. Work independently, use initiative and represent the business professionally on client sites. Participate in the departmental call-out rota and undertake occasional weekend work and overtime as required. The ideal candidate must have: City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (essential); Level 3 is desirable. At least three years'' experience working as a plumber or pipe fitter within the industrial and commercial sector.
