This Commercial Plumber will be covering commercial sites that include; Schools, Offices, Community Centres, Call Centres as well as other commercial sites. The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial maintenance background. They need to be able to dealing plumbing maintenance work and compliance as well as some installation when needed. We will ask this engineer to support the fabric engineers when needed, dealing with other on site maintenance that will include a little patch plastering, floor and ceiling tile replacement, basic carpentry etc We require this Commercial Plumber to have a minimum of a level 2 qualification.
