Key Responsibilities Install, repair and modify hot and cold water pipework and systems. Diagnose and repair plumbing faults and leaks. Install and replace taps, valves, pumps, toilets, cylinders and other plumbing components. Carry out minor installations, alterations and remedial works. Inspect and maintain tanks, calorifiers and TMVs where required. Complete accurate job sheets, service reports and system records. Requirements Proven experience as a-commercial or maintenance plumber. Strong knowledge of commercial hot and cold water systems. Experience with pipework installation, repairs and modifications. Previous water hygiene experience preferred. Knowledge of Legionella control, ACOP L8 and HSG 274 is an advantage. Full UK driving licence Permanent
