Commercial Plumber

Regen Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems within social housing properties across Bradford and the wider Yorkshire region.

This is a long-term role working on schools, communal plant rooms, apartment blocks and other social housing assets, ensuring heating and hot water systems are maintained to a high standard.

The Role

• Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems.
• Fault finding and repairs on heating pipework and plant.
• Replacing pumps, valves, expansion vessels, pressurisation units and associated equipment.
• Servicing and maintaining commercial plant rooms.
• Working across occupied and communal social housing properties.

What We''re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
• Experience working on commercial heating systems.
• Previous social housing or maintenance experience is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
