The Role Perform plumbing maintenance, minor mechanical tasks, and extensive water hygiene duties, including: Temperature monitoring, showerhead descales, and TMV servicing. Cold water storage tank & cooling tower cleans/disinfections. LTHW, cooling system, and steam boiler testing/analysis. Water sampling, dosing (inhibitor/biocide), and softener servicing. General plumbing remedial works and small project installations. Must Haves NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (minimum) plus relevant water hygiene knowledge. Solid experience in the technical testing and analysis duties listed above. Ability to pass a DBS check . Perks -34k - -37k salary, van, fuel card, and excellent pension.
