LOCATION: South coast/M3/M4

SALARY: -40- -45k, van (can be used for perosnal use), fuel card, travel paid at time and a half, pension, 23 days annual leave

Operating a mobile team of plumbers and gas engineers across the UK

Specialising in mechanical, air con and BMS systems

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Commercial Maintenance Plumber / mechanical engineer

Recognised plumber/industry qualifications including NVQ 2 Plumbing and Heating would be essential

Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate

As a commercial plumber/mechanical engineer you will have experience of covering maintenance plumbing contracts of a commercial nature with knowledge of plantroom maintenance including changing pumps, valves, motors etc

Experience on plantroom upgrades, installation of pipework etc

Hardworking and flexible ,motivated and trustworthy

JOB INFORMATION - Commercial Maintenance Plumber / mechanical engineer

As a commercial plumber /mechanical engineer you would be based from home - working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, plantroom maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems along with plantroom refurbs and upgrades.

You would be responsible for carrying out PPM schedules, leak detection, changing of pipes, pumps, valves, motors etc
